I love to come here get great coffee and get my Lobster roll But last time I found lobster shell in a lobster roll , had a big bite and bingo!!! Thinking twice I should have to let them know then I told the customer service to ket the kitchen know what happened!!!! Seem like they don't care at all.....say not thing to me...instead of get manager.... Well bit disappointed

God awful cream spinach. This time was sick the whole day after eating it. Had so much cream in it. It was like soup. Don't know who made it this time, but it was awful and expensive.

Usually really love this place but the last couple trips there, the staff has been rude and not knowledgeable at all. Tonight we encountered ratchet Ginger at the checkout whom was so mean to my kids and us. She was upset I wanted to put back a few items I no longer wanted and that my kids threw in the cart. She then asked a supervisor whom was young for help and he said "what do you want now I'm trying to leave"? I will never come back to this store.

Purchased two 1/2 tray of baked clams for Christmas Eve. Not edible. Most guests threw them out. The flyer says they have new recipe. The recipe must be sand and breadcrumbs. Don't waste money.

this is the second time I was overcharge. the first time, I called the store and they gave me a $28 over the phone with no problem. this time the over ring was $6 dollars and they would not do it. I live 35 minutes away and advised them of it. He said he'd have to get the manager to approve which the manager refused to do. He wants me to go back up to get the credit. Watch the cashiers as they are rushing through and are not paying attention to what's going on. Needless to say, I won't make an effort anytime soon to go back... read more

If the owners of Uncle Giuseppe franchise are reading this I want them to what a dirty and low food quality establishment the Ramsey location has become. Firstly the hot base is 80% tried out chicken items. I have requested several times for veggies they didn't listen. By 5pm the food bar is dried out and hardly replenished. Secondly the to go foods are a lot the expired or at its expired. I think the this store needs a new chef, and new management. When this place first opened up It was OK. Now it sucks they don't replace anything when they run out for months. One old boomer at the deli counter said I was imagining things when I asked for BLT coleslaw. I should've reported him, but I didn't.
