We did the lazy river tubing adventure and it was such a great way to spend the day! The prices are great, the staff is friends and were very helpful, and the river was beautiful. I would highly recommend the Cape Fear River adventures to friends. It gets very rocky in places but that's nature! Also, make sure you bring trash bags while on the river, our group found ourselves cleaning up after others as we went along.

I completed the river tubing yesterday, 7-31-16, with a group of about 20 people. The whole experience was perfect. The check-in process was quick and easy, the staff was very friendly, and the river was warm. Lillington is an easy drive from Raleigh, where I live, so I plan on making this trip on an annual basis, if not more frequently. It really was fantastic!

Very professional staff, and it was a hectic, busy day. Had a great time in the 2 hour kayak. What is better - right in our back yard! No three hour drives to get to the water.

Fantastic experience! Signed up for the lazy tubing, got there that morning and changed our minds. We went for the 10 mile challenge and it was fantastic....a ton of fun and a great family bonding experience. Defiantly will be going back

This was absolutely THE BEST $20 any of us have spent in months... If not years!!! Such a great experience for friends, families and loved ones!! Very relaxing, fun and peaceful! Loved it!!

Great family friendly 1/2-day trip down the river. Whether you tube (chillax) or kayak. It is a good deal. Not much else to do in this area, but close enough to RDU to make it convenient. $20/person per tube. a small fee for a cooler-tube. And you are good to go. Have fun on a very slow rolling river. Make sure you bring plenty to drink, sun screen and an appetite for fun. Pick up is about 2 miles downstream and it will take between 3 to 5 hrs to navigate depending on how high the river is. Gorgeous day on the Cape Fear. We had a great time - staff was helpful and friendly. River was very low, so it took us a long time (7+ hours).
