My family enjoyed our day out on the river tubing today!! Great service from start to finish! The staff are all wonderful, friendly and provide great service. Will definitely come back and try the kayaking!

We recently came from Texas and were looking for rivers similar to the Comal or Guadalupe that let you float and drink beer. We got there too late to float so we rented two paddle boards instead for a few hours. Both of the employees that helped us were very nice and efficient. They carried our paddle boards down to the launch site for us and all! Prices were so so but I think this is the only place like this. The river was beautiful and serene. Not too crowded on Thursday. My kids and I did the 2-hour Lazy Paddle. Everything was completed online, so it was only a matter of checking in once we arrived. The process was swift and easy. The equipment was clean. Everywhere we turned we were greeted by smiling faces. We are planning a tubing adventure as well as rafting. I would recommend Cape Fear River Adventures to anyone looking for a great time outdoors. It was an amazing time that the whole family enjoyed.
Absolutely perfect day on the river yesterday! This was my first time at cape fear, and I have done numerous tubing adventures in Louisiana but have to say this one topped them all. The staff was quick, knowledgeable, and very friendly. Check in was a quick process and pricing was affordable. I surprised my husband with the 10 Mile Challenge for Fathers Day, as he requested we do a family activity. I rented a single kayak and a tandem kayak for us and our 11 year-old daughter. I was a little worried about my daughter being able to stick this out, as we've never done anything like this before. I've only been on a kayak once before and it was on a serene lake, not a river with rapids like the Cape Fear. A MUST activity for all Fayetteville dwellers - new & old! So much fun! The staff are great! Take an intro class, then come back & enjoy a day off paddling on your own or with friends. There are chill areas for the chillaxer at heart, as well as turbulent ones for the adventure seeker. Highly recommend this activity & company. The staff are amazing. My husband and I usually enjoy hiking on the weekends, but with temps above 90 degrees, we decided to try a water activity! We LOVED our experience at Cape Fear River Adventures. We booked online for same day kayaking, and the online waiver made check in a breeze! We had a great time on the beautiful river. Equipment was clean and in great shape, and lunch afterwards at Howards BBQ next door was convenient and delicious. We plan to return soon for a longer paddle!! Highly recommend!!
