Much longer than it had to be. Flew from the East coast to the West coast to help my son buy his 1st car. This was our 3rd stop. While exhausting, I have to say it was better than everyone else. I'm not a fan of hiding information so I say the experience could have been better if all possible options were on the table. Next car will be with an individual and private financing. 4 Hours to get to a better deal for a 1st time buyer is not good. Showing me cars I can't afford is not good unless it's quick. Great places, the ¿ price I think could be ship. Sales person was very kind and she did everything to we had satisfied with our new truck. She is a good saler person.

I love my new Rogue! Alexander Garcia and I spoke on the phone and he listened and we started to establish a good rapport, which continued during my sales experience. He was personable, gracious and had a great sense of humor.

Great Service From the moment I walked in I was greeted and helped right away. The sales associate was patient and listened carefully to what I was looking for. Everyone was extremely helpful and constantly asked if I had any questions. I felt welcomed and I am very happy with my purchase.
