Our new windows were installed in September of 2017. It was amazing to watch the work being done in just one day. We could also tell a difference in the heating and cooling improvements. Then, in June of this year, one of the panels developed a leak and began to cloud over. The replacement was made and shipped and installed last week. We had Mike come out in February to give us an estimate after attending the Home and Garden show in Columbus he was very professional and knowledgeable about his company. We were not in a place to commit at that time but 4 months later we had Mike come out again and this time give an estimate for siding and 7 new windows and again very professional and knowledgeable about the companies products. Today we signed with Universal windows to replace our windows that Regency windows installed several years ago. The seals broke causing mold to grow in between the double pain. They went out of business and our “lifetime guarantee” is null and void.. Alex Guzel, the Universal Window Rep., was one of the most honest and thorough representatives we have ever dealt with in any capacity. He came out today.
