They did not show up the first time me made an appointment and they were very demanding that the person living with me be present. I requested the original time that we had planned on but they denied it and replied with a new time and date. The second time planned they no call no showed. They didn't seal the windows right as well as doing a less than perfect job on with the caulk. They did half of one window and only one more so a total of 1.5 widows out of the 9 ordered. The windows were mis-measured and didn't even have the right trim installed. The gentlemen who was going to install the windows showed up without a partner (called off) on a rainy day and had no tarps or shoe covers or anything to protect the carpet and flooring.
