No complaints with the window quality. Time will tell if there is an energy savings this winter. It is very expensive but the quality and warranty are good and I was very happy with the installation crew for the siding. However, my install was greatly delayed from the quoted time and no one called to let me know why or what was going on, I had to call, twice, on the siding. Then, the gutter install was delayed, multiple times for various reasons. I have to say the foreman of the gutter installation crew was very friendly and apologetic when I finally got to talk to him, but the gutters still haven't been installed and i... read more
11 hour job. Left the place a mess. Lost trim pieces. Leaked oil in driveway. Sales communicated poorly before install. Very poor experience. Would not recommend.
I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY WINDOWS INSTALLED
The old windows were taken out efficiently and the new windows are beautiful.
