I as not informed when purchased and final measure that there would be a significant delay. Was told door would take 6 weeks. Took 4 months to have them installed. Measurement was incorrect. Installer had to modify how he was going to install to accommodate the error. Otherwise I would have had to wait another 3-4 months to get another door.

Terrible communication and customer service! Contractors that installed the windows were excellent but can’t Amaya anything good about Universal windows

This was the absolute worse experience. I don't know how the windows actually look, We sold the house. I am still waiting for a refund. It would be nice if the staff was professional and took the time to call me back. No referrals coming from me. Breen'a Means 614-273-5510.
Final project looks good and I am satisfied overall. However, the timeframe in which I paid to the time where the windows were installed was entirely too long. Also, it is was extremely difficult to get ahold of anyone or receive updates during the time in between. During the installation, the employee working was a few hours late which caused him to take two days to finish.
