We were pleased with the windows . Would be likely to recommend pending outcome of resolution of trim issues.
Missing one window. Supposedly "looked" for it at the warehouse for 2 weeks but couldn't find it. Manufacturer says they shipped 11 windows but UWD could only find 10. So had to reorder. This was back in Jan and still waiting on the window to arrive. I shouldn't have to pay for this window based on mismanagement by UWD and my inconvenience of having to wait over 2 months to finish the project. BTW it STILL isn't done!
Yes, the whole experience started out on a iffy note with the salesman sent to our house ,but after that the sale went on without a hitch. the scheduler kept us informed on delivery. the installer where great a clean up was good.
I was told that I was getting my windows installed and I never received a call or message. They didn’t show. I moved everything twice and I didn’t hear anything. I’ve REPEATEDLY asked for management to reach out to explain why they didn’t call. I’m still waiting!
Still not installed after 3 months although promised in 6 - 8 weeks.. You did not show up or call to tell me you weren't going to show up for two scheduled appointments which I waited through. . You have not returned any of my nine calls although each person I talked to assured me you would.. Two of the calls were answered in Pittsburgh and one in Cincinnati although I am calling a 314 (St Louis number) I did get an e-mail from Dillon in the St louis Office wanting me to pay $500 if I cancel.
