I was able to easily make an appointment for the time slot I desired. Bernadette was fabulous. She was knowledgeable and kind. She thought about me as a whole person and designed a treatment plan that would help me overall, not that would only address my symptoms. This was my second experience at this location, and I highly recommend the location to others!
Very well managed health care center. Excellent front desk reception. Interview with the nurse was very professional. The doctor was thorough in her assessment and diagnosis and prescription conversation. Her communication skills rate 10 out of 10. The is locations is extremely clean and sanitary. The front desk associate was very warm, welcoming, professional and personable. I was immediately taken to triage without any wait. Unfortunately my wait once in my examination room was kind of long at around 45 minutes. The doctor seemed a bit rushed and it seemed as though she would change her treatment plan if I asked any questions. I had the very best experience this morning. I took advantage of the opportunity to make my appointment and to fill out all my medical and insurance forms online before I came so they were ready for me when I came and I needed to have some work done. It was done efficiently. The nurse was so friendly and helpful and my medical provider was friendly, inspired confidence, competent, and helpful. I just had a great experience and I would come back here if I had another urgent care need
I had an ongoing issue with hearing loss due to impacted ear wax. I called to get into ENT, but they were scheduling a month out. I decided to give UH Urgent Care a try, and am very happy I did. Registration was seamless and I didn’t even have to wait to see a provider. They examined my ears and verified I had wax build up and proceeded to lavage both ears.
