This is the second time I’ve used the Shaker Heights urgent care … From the front desk… to the Nurses and Nurse Practitioners… I have felt listened to ( I’ve battled with the same illness for twenty years so I know the progression and what works for me) they have been kind.. and have had a welcomed sense of humor… and sent me on my way… I am so appreciative!

The receptionist greeted & assisted me with updating my personal information. Wait time was less than 15 minutes. The nurse & doctor were friendly, ensured me I did not have pneumonia or Covid . My total visit was just under 35 minutes.

Honestly - the BEST care experience I’ve had in 30 years. Fast Friendly Caring Light - it was Sunday am at 8:00 sharp. Place was spotless. People were super kind and seems ok wit being there - such a pleasant surprise in today’s world. I could not have been happier despite a lousy diagnosis. Fast and even concerned about finding me the most economical and expedient way to get prescriptions. Tiffany, Mia, and Bernadette all get huge props. So glad they were open!
