I had the very best experience this morning. I took advantage of the opportunity to make my appointment and to fill out all my medical and insurance forms online before I came so they were ready for me when I came and I needed to have some work done. It was done efficiently. The nurse was so friendly and helpful and my medical provider was friendly, inspired confidence, competent, and helpful. I just had a great experience and I would come back here if I had another urgent care need
I had an ongoing issue with hearing loss due to impacted ear wax. I called to get into ENT, but they were scheduling a month out. I decided to give UH Urgent Care a try, and am very happy I did. Registration was seamless and I didn’t even have to wait to see a provider. They examined my ears and verified I had wax build up and proceeded to lavage both ears. Not Satisfied The doctor never came in the room. The medical assistant gave me a Covid and strep test. He didn’t even attempt to check my throat ear or nothing terrible Service. I'm assuming due to my Covid the service at an urgent care facility was Extremely disappointed with the service at University hospitals Urgent Care Shaker. I paid $205.00 for services. I felt completely disregarded and my health concerns were not taken seriously. Will not be returning and strongly advise others to seek care elsewhere.
Clean facility and the staff were all pleasant. I scheduled an appointment ahead of time but its a walk in clinic so i still had to wait. The appointment didn't help me other than not having to complete forms there, they already had my info. I was treated and didn't even feel the shots thanks to Ms. Angelique. I also like that i didn't have to go to a separate pharmacy, they filled them there. If needed I'll definitely be back!
Every interaction with the staff was above expectations. At a time when they were extremely busy, everyone was hard at work and very kind. This is my second time to this urgent care and they have provided the best overall care.
