Very well managed health care center. Excellent front desk reception. Interview with the nurse was very professional. The doctor was thorough in her assessment and diagnosis and prescription conversation. Her communication skills rate 10 out of 10. She was respectful and warm and knowledgeable… All around, a most professional and comforting experience
The Urgent Care gave me good service, and it was the same day - on a Saturday. Everyone is nice, professional and very helpful. Dr. Bernadette diagnosed my muscle spasms quickly, got my prescription in quickly to a 24-hr CVS. Conveniently located, with good parking.
The is locations is extremely clean and sanitary. The front desk associate was very warm, welcoming, professional and personable. I was immediately taken to triage without any wait. Unfortunately my wait once in my examination room was kind of long at around 45 minutes. The doctor seemed a bit rushed and it seemed as though she would change her treatment plan if I asked any questions. I was able to easily make an appointment for the time slot I desired. Bernadette was fabulous. She was knowledgeable and kind. She thought about me as a whole person and designed a treatment plan that would help me overall, not that would only address my symptoms. This was my second experience at this location, and I highly recommend the location to others!
Not Satisfied The doctor never came in the room. The medical assistant gave me a Covid and strep test. He didn’t even attempt to check my throat ear or nothing terrible Service. I'm assuming due to my Covid the service at an urgent care facility was Extremely disappointed with the service at University hospitals Urgent Care Shaker. I paid $205.00 for services. I felt completely disregarded and my health concerns were not taken seriously. Will not be returning and strongly advise others to seek care elsewhere.
