Birdeye launches enterprise-grade User Management

In the purview of simplifying its products, Birdeye has launched enterprise grade user management for multi-location businesses.

Now, businesses will be able to add, remove and update users at enterprise as well as location levels. In other words, you can add a new user either to all the locations at once or manually assign locations to a user. The user gets a notification via email upon getting access to a location and will be able to perform tasks as per the permissions granted to them.

Users with access to all the locations will be labeled as 'Enterprise' and other users will be labelled with the number of locations they have access to. The new user management system gives you the ability to manage information, notifications, roles, and locations for every user.
