I paid this awful company to find someone to ship a pickup truck bed from ********** to *******. Not only did uShip book a shipper that dropped the pallet off a truck ruining the bed, but when they put another pallet under the broken pallet they claimed the weight went up and tried to charge me more money.When the pallet was finally delivered mangled, they told me they sold me insurance for a $500 truck bed with a $500 deductible. Uship is a terrible company. a driver hired through their company destroyed a brick wall on my property, refused to give me their insurance information and is refusing to pay for damages. Booked a shipped through Uship. The shipper took our deposit and we never heard from him again. Uship refunded their portion but did nothing to help us get the rest of our money back. You are better off using a professional moving company!

I used to love Uship and business concept. This is my second shipment buying from my supplier and Uship is trying to overcharge me without any evidence. I ask to them please show me the evidence why are you overcharge me and they reply without evidence. This company is a scam who want charge you more without evidence.

Bad service, they have an app - thats about it. In the event things goes sideways, they practically can't do anything. It is therefore better to deal with the service provider directly as it reduces the false hope/expectation that you may have. Or read the fine print before you do business with them. Uship is a third party who offers nothing but a ******* like app.

Bad. The moving company delivered my broken items to a separate and unassociated business in the town of delivery with the instructions to repair and deliver. Then the Uship delivery company left town without completing documentation or paperwork. Insurance that I purchased was bunk. The company is designed to point fingers elsewhere and abdicate responsibility. Im disgusted. Bad business set up. No interest in customer.

Got ripped off **** dollars on uShip. Driver picked up the load, I sent the money to him, and brought the load back. Uship allowed me to get ripped off. I still havent received my money. Dont get ripped off like me. Before I sent the money I called them on the phone, and they told me my money was safe. Supervisor listened to the tape and acknowledged how I could have gotten that.
