We hire Chapadeauxs Logistics to transport a Golf Cart thru Uship, *********** never deliver our golf cart instead is holding hostage the cart and asking for more money than we pre-paid thru Uship. Do Not use Chapadeauxs Logistics ******************* Looks like Uship does not do Background check .

Uship is an Etsy vendor that failed to take responsibility for one of its shippers. I purchased heavy doors from an Etsy vendor who hired a Uship shipper to deliver them. The shipper was given a copy of the *** I needed to deliver the doors and reported back that he didn't have adequate insurance to meet my building's requirements. If we could provide a lower rating, it would be 0. We are a business who booked a shipment for our product through UShip. Uship provided a quote for the shipment, which included the cost for the shipping, a service charge, the cost of cargo insurance. Our credit card payment was provided to UShip directly and appears on our credit card statement as processed by UShip. uShip is a software platform and is not involved in any shipping agreements nor do *********** with shipping customers for any shipping arrangements, therefore a W9 from us is not a requirement. Customers use uShip to find transportation services. The only money that uShip retains are the fees for using the service. The customer releases the funds to their carrier. The customer is able to log into their account and download an invoice from the Transaction History.
I booked with *************************************** (XXX) XXX*****, on 9/19/22. We paid up front deposit of half the costs. They kept delaying pick up date, and finally were a no show. I have been calling for a refund from them. They hang up on me and/or do not pick up. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE! They are a scam. UShip should cancel them off their site.

******* lost half of my stuff. I had two motorcycles and gear shipped through uship. They lost half my gear, approximately $2200 in gear. Uship barely tried to help and after a couple weeks just said, "too bad". Don't ship with UShip if you value your products.

July 20th my items were picked up from ******, **. I stated I wanted them to arrive to ***** by September 19th. The transporter told me he would be in ***** within 2 weeks. My transporter didn't fulfill this promise. He stated he was stuck in ********** and "ran out of funds" to make it to his destinations. I was kind enough to extend the arrival due date until Oct 8th. Hi i booked a shipment from uship platform and carrier name elite express expedited took 50% advance,uship cancelled as service provider denied and still waiting for refund , uship is not helping as they confirmed me on recorded line to make the deposit, now i am in process to go legal because no one is helping from uship this is a kind of fraud going on uship platform i do not trust uship for business in future as not getting help from them
