Never use them to transport a dog. We ship for less was the so called business that took my dog and then lost her. Thank God I found her 3 days later. They let her out of the car without a leash. She ran off and they left. Never ever use them!!!

Shipment was delivered 5 weeks late and driver went **** Company was not helpful and it cost me $500 more than the shipment to have movers move ever to install the rug. Do not do business with this company.

PNSLOGISTIC left us in the lurch. Shipper lost all the hardware required for the very expensive bed he picked up in *********** and delivered to *****. Told us his truck broke down delaying delivery and then when he arrived stated that he DID get the hardware, but must have left it in broken truck. ZERO proactive communication from this shipper, ALWAYS us chasing him. He promised to mail the hardware, but 3 weeks after delivery, still no ************* HAS STOPPED RESPONDING to our texts asking for completed service we paid h... read more

Worst communication and experience ever! They told me they would have at least two people on the truck and will deliver the item in the house. That didnt happen. Only one person was on the truck, the driver. There was no lift gate and the step into the back of the truck was rusted. To make it worse, they damaged the furniture in transit. I paid the extra $70 for insurance. Didnt know there was a $500 processing fee and because the repair was $497 they wouldnt pay it out. Absolutely a horrific experience. U ship cancelled one shipment. Than contacted me about the second one be under investigation. Not telling anything other than that. Driver ended up destroying a tool box valued at $19,000. Think god I got the extra protection plan. The extra protection plan did paid out. But the refused to give me back anything for shipping. Even though a new on must shipped to be replaced. U ship hires shady drivers that have no clue what they are moving. Driver tried to roll a 1000 lbs tool box down a 60 d... read more

Company is by far the worst to work with as they are for attempting to steal people to play, didn't use in ******** out of your own money. They ask me information , and then turn around and cancel my account with no explanation. They told us we could complete our book shipments , but went in and started canceling all of them without proper notification , and they went against their own policies. This company should be shut down.I don't even know how they're still in business

Charged for services I did not receive. Charged inflated shipping charges despite nothing materially different from what I already disclosed. BOL and shipping coordination reviewed and edited with the uShip team during the quoting process. uShip failed to provide any evidence of a thorough investigation despite repeated requests. **** *****, customer service LTL Operations no help whatsoever and proceeded to waste my time and did nothing to rectify the situation.

I write this review without anger or predigest ... If this company applied the same effort helping its customers as they do ignoring emails and phone calls to resolve issues, they would be great! Unfortunately they couldn't care less about any problems that arise and THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU ... there are 2 types of Uship customers people that have had problems and people that haven't ... I prey you are in the ladder

absolute horrible experience...I tried hard to resolve my issue, Absolutely no support ...THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR MISTAKES... They refuse to help customers .... Most drivers are very legit, too bad the company doesn't care about people.
