Everything was really good and I am happy with my experience.The inspector was on time and explained everything to me such that I was very comfortable with what I would need to do. I highly recommend this company for a no nonsense experience that covers all the areas that I didn't even know about and more.

These guys are the absolute best I've encountered in many, many real estate transactions. I went so far as to pay a travel charge for an inspection to be conducted outside the Phoenix metro rather than take a chance with another company. It was a no-brainer, and I appreciate them being able to accommodate me!
