Top notch home inspection! Having had a couple dozen home inspections this one ranked among the best. Very thorough and professional work. Excellent service from the original booking, follow up confirmation and post inspection follow up. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience! I called and scheduled an appointment within 10 minutes. Very nice people on the phone - easy to talk to. They accommodated my quick request and had someone come the exact day and time I wanted! Paul was the home inspector on the property. Paul was extremely knowledgeable and gave us a detailed home inspection on our investment property in fountain hills. He gave us the report the very same night! Preston was very professional, efficient and friendly! Went through the extensive report detailing everything that was inspected and what was needed to done, if anything. Very easy to interpret report and sent a copy quickly to my email! Would definitely recommend him and this company! Thanks for great service!

Very happy with the service provided by the inspector, Preston. He was really patient to answer dumb questions from a first-time home buyer. I also want to give a thumb up to everything to go paperless and contactless. The payment was done online before the scheduled inspection, and the inspection reports was send to my email address right after the inspection period.

Although VBI has conducted inspections for buyers of my listings in the past, this is the first time I used them for one of my buyers. VBI is my go-to home inspection company. I am a Real Estate Agent and not only have I recommended them to my clients but I also used their services for my personal transactions. I love that they go above and beyond what most inspection companies do and also provide radon and mold testing so my clients can be assured they are getting a solid home. Paul was prompt, on time, thorough and a true pleasure to communicate with. He performed a home, pool, sewer and terminate inspection in conjunction with the purchase of a home. The information and report received is easy to interpret and Paul was quick to answer a follow up question. I highly recommend Valley Building Inspections!
