Took my wife's Buick Envision because the front drivers TPS was not registering. By the time I got to the dealership the next day the other front one was out. When I got there they checked out the car and said the batteries on the front ones were dead and the rear ones were low. So I had all 4 replaced. Waited for over an hour and noticed my car was still outside. Went and talked to my service writer and he said the car before mine was taking longer than expected. Jon Goth, my service advisor was personable and professional. He went the extra mile to add more air to my tires at my request because of the extreme Artic blast our area is experiencing. The tires had been inflated to the recommended pressure under normal conditions but with the winter months, I prefer a little more air. Everyone in service was professional and greeted me immediately even though they were extremely busy.
