Poor communication. They had my car for 2 days but couldnt get the part in. Had to take car back a week later. I called and asked for him to call me back leaving my numb. He chose to look up my husbands number and called him instead. He said we were playing phone tag but no message was ever left on my phone. I felt lied to my face regarding this communication issue. They recently had my car an entire week to fix 3 things: an oil change & cabin filter replacement, replacement of a couple external trim pieces, and a THIRD attempt to address an earlier issue that wasnt repaired correctly on their first 2 attempts, but they still had the audacity to charge me $240 for it. If youre a woman, question EVERYTHING they tell you, and do your research. After dropping my traverse off for a 9am appointment, got there at 4pm after work and the service department hadnt touched it, waited 45 minutes for them to finish, then noticed scratches and mark on high polished aluminum wheels, the whole place has a depressing vibe , bought it here but wont go back for overpriced service

They had to reschedule my appointment for my 2021 Silverado from Thursday to Monday. I dropped it off Sunday night for a 9am appointment on Monday and they couldnt get it finished until Tuesday. They didnt wash my vehicle or offer a courtesy vehicle.

They out right lied to us to get us there. We took off work and drove 45 minutes to dealer. They had sold car 4 days ago but yet still made sure to confirm our appointment 2 times after the fact. If they will lie just to get us there, I definitely wouldn't trust them with your business.
I had an oil change and was told that I was going to need a new thermostat, which was a several hundred dollar job. I was told by the service writer to get it fixed before the weather turned consistently cold. When I set an appointment to do this a couple of weeks later, no one knew what I was talking about and the service writer was no longer working there.
