Van really dragged their feet when it came to sending the paper work so that we could take care of the paper work at the license office and we were fast running out of time. We had to call them (2) times and finally someone called us back. They Have not taken care of the screen on the dash as it is damaged and promised to take care of it with a new one (not done yet). as you can tell I am Not a happy customer- Bob Briggle
The sales team at Van let me know how much I meant to them as a customer by arranging a test drive for a vehicle that has not even been through their service department yet. The person I was scheduled to speak with took the day off and the other sales members were not helpful. Took my business to Vantage instead.

Horrible No communucation while my car was being serviced..no return phone calls
Job wasn't done correctly. Didn't make the time to fix the problem in a timely manner.

I brought my car in for a loud engine noise in 12/2022. After a week of diagnosing my car, they ordered a muffler. My appt was finally scheduled for 2/9/23. On 2/7/23 my fuel pump blew up. I had my car towed to Vans and all tires were fine. I got an email from OnStar saying the left rear tire was low- after the car was in their shop. They claim there was a screw in the sidewall of the tire and I had to purchase 4 new tires and an alignment. I bought a 2016 Honda odyssey and within 400 miles of my purchase the engine light came on and I took it back to van just to check the code while it was still on the dash. They told me I must go to a Honda dealer and wouldnt check the code at all..
