I purchased my home March of 2016 my first weekend after moving in I was in a catastrophic motor vehicle accident. It took me an entire year to start back walking. I crushed my legs and ankles and fractured my hip. Hadn’t even paid my 1st month mortgage. Then a storm came through damaged my roof water pours out of the light fixtures . Customer service is no help. Locked out of online pay due to some communication errors. Not willing to help. Definitely wouldn't recommend using this company. Very disappointed with the experience.

The portal is very difficult to navigate when uploading documents
I have changed my cell phone number on my account, yet every time I log on I am asked to give aa security code that has been sent to me. The phone number that is being shown is my old number. There is no way for me to change it and I have to access my email every time. I find this very inconvenient and would like for it to be fixed. Thank you. Ardie Alexander
