I have had nothing but trouble with my loan process. Including the fac that they did not get the appraisal done at all, and my closing date passed with no word from them, leaving me homeless! I would not recommend vanderbilt to my worst enemy.
I am charged for taxes on 75 acers of land I do not own by Vanderbilt. I have called numerous times to get this resolved but no help at all. My escro is over the top but I am still being charged a extra 375.00 a month I do not owe for property taxes.I will refinance with another company.
They were helpful when trying to receive a home loan with less a than perfect credit score. However, don't let any life events or anything happen to where you need to push your payment later in the month past the due date. You'll call and get an operator that is nice, then you'll get sent to someone in customer service who is usually nice, then you'll be sent to the department that handles late payments...and they are almost always rude assholes who don't have one drop of care about you as a customer. Your have really messed my account up so bad I have had to stop auto pay when I have had auto payments every since I bought this modular home from you in 2012. I am ready to have you repo the damn thing and whatever it does to my credit don’t matter I am to old to care. Reckless and irresponsible to mess up such a wonderful thing loan number 1043479.
They don't provide a verification number or reference number when making a payment. They only provide a 30 day window January for you to download Tax documents for the previous year online, so if your doing your taxes late, your screwed as you will have to wait for them to mail the documents to you after you wait for them to reply to your request.
This the most piss poor company to deal with stay away from them at all cost!!!!!
Horrible company to deal with avoid at all cost do not get a loan with these people they will screw you over every chance they get. The supervisor i talked to was horribly rude and she did not help me at all she basically scolded me for needing help in the first place and said there was nothing she could do. I hope she's happy with herself and is able to find just a small bit of compassion in her heart for the next person needing a little help because obviously she has some personal issues going on that she takes out on ever... read more
So I haven't had any issues with them but my problem is it's takes them forever like a week to take forever to take my money like good grief update your system it's 2024 not the 1800s
