I thought the experience with Vandergriff Acura service department from the original phone call to the return of our vehicle was excellent. When I arrived I was greeted by an individual who checked in our vehicle and directed me to Taylor Jones. Taylor was very thorough and explained in detail what we could expect out of the service work for that day.
