Sub par experience. The salesman was very attentive before the sell. Willing to go above and beyond. After the sale did not return phone calls like he did before the sale . Did not show me how to operate the features in the car

They never found the answer to my car issue. They ran. Diagnostic , Came back with a list of repairs. Following day I took my car to a local car specialist at a another shop. They too ran a diagnostic and issues with my car.

Everytime I take my car to Vandergriff Acura theres ALWAYS a major problem with my carfunny thing is theyre the only ones that have maintenanced it the past two years.

They get should get no stars as there is nothing but darkness and disappointment. Force to put 1 star Twice I have set an appointment to so concierge for my wife's car to be picked up. Zaktek and other services. No loaner needed (which is a favor for them as it will be available to someone else). Pick up can be 7am and needs to be back at 7pm when she gets off.
