Sales process was fantastic and efficient but thats where the positive stopped. The truck that I purchased on 3-11 has been in the shop at Vandergriff since 3-18 and communication has been horrendous. The only person whos been any sort of helpful has been used car manager, Preston. After this ordeal, I will never shop with Vandergriff again and will advise friends and family to do the same.

Very poor. Its hard to find someone at this location whos not a complete fake. They lie through their teeth. Ive never got a straight answer. They always say we will try and have never completed a service fully. It usually takes them 3-4 hour to inspect and service and halve of the services they push off for the next week. They also fixed the side window panel by glueing it to the door. Even though I asked them to replace it. Not really good at all I took my car in there to get the break inspection and the lady told me everything was ok the next day my breaks started squeaking and have been ever since .

Took my car in three times before they accurately diagnosed problem. But they constantly suggested other recommended repairs, even though they couldnt get the original repair correct

Service advisors need to be better educated. Tried selling me a service that they already provide in their normal vehicle review. I was told my car needed to be serviced for things that didnt even show as needing service when they performed a diagnostic review. I had a coupon for service and the representative told me to use the coupon that gave me the least amount of discount. I miss working with Michael Garcia. He was great and always pleasant and informative when explaining vehicle concerns.

Was not kept up on status of vehicle and service advisor did not know his mechanic was working or off.

I wish that I could give them zero stars. The service manager is very helpful. The sales team does not follow-up or flow through on promises. The general manager (Jimmy Le) is rude and arrogant. I will never give them my business again.

My experience with this latest repair (AC not blowing cold air) was below my expectations. I called early on 12/16 and scheduled a 3:00 pm appointment. I was greeted promptly by Jimmy who took my early morning call. I sat in the customer waiting room for about 45 minutes and decided to ask Jimmy for an update. He shared with me that several of the advisors called in sick and they are way behind. I said I understood and agreed to come back next week.
