My vehicle was taken on schedule and was completed within an hour. Did like I was not able to get a wash since equipment was down as it is too often.

Service advisor Danny, kept me informed of the the progress of the work on my RDX and all work was done to my satisfaction. The complimentary wash and interior cleaning were outstanding.
I like Taylor's attitude and patience. I didn't like the service technician giving me an old maintenance report on an air filter (inside the glove box) that I had changed a few days before bringing the car in for an oil change.
