Horrible. Did not provide ne with what I had asked and planned to purchase, I wasted a day off for that and I had made an appointment and requested to make sure the items I needed to buy woukd be there the day I would have brought the car in for service.

I've been waiting for a month to get my truck back from the service center!!! I never can get Charlie on the phone when I call.

Car was misdiagnosed after being there a week. Was to it needed a steering lock module and key for $1500. Took to another shop and car only needed a key cylinder replacement because the vats key system was not reading the key when inserted. Took less than a day and only cost me $480. Was not happy with the service I received even though the service adviser appeared to be a nice guy.

If your looking for GREAT quality and DEPENDABILITY Don't COME HERE I am writing to express my deep frustration and growing concern regarding the ongoing issues with my 2023 Silverado 1500, which I purchased with only 12,000 miles on it. As a disabled U.S. Air Force veteran and someone who works at the VA helping fellow veterans, I trusted that I was making an investment in a reliable vehicle. I have since been informed that this recurring issue stems from an air compressor failure.

Bought the truck and that experience was ok. Took it home and it was leaking in the rain. Took it back to the dealership and told them I thought it was the windshield... after several water test, tearing the seat out, dash out and keeping it for a month because they couldn't figure out what it was, it turns out it was the windshield. So they didn't replace it they just resealed it. Will not be ever going back to them again.

I had an appointment at 10:00 to get my oil changed. I got there at 9:45 and he asked if I wanted to get my tires rotated I said yes. He texted me a couple hours later and said I need to have my tires balanced and something else. I texted back no. i waited for 2 hours and 45 minutes and finally went up and asked about my car. She checked and said it had been ready but he couldn't find me. I never left the building. This is the second time I went there and both times had a bad experience. They didn't do what I asked and sent me a quote for thousands of dollars of "recommend" work that doesn't need to be done. I told them I NEVER drive this car and I'm about to trade it in and wanted to know why there is oil dripping. It was not looks at. This is very frustrating as I paid for the oil change.
