The wrong part was ordered so it took longer to get carb repaired. I was kind of confused on price of repair after vehicle has been service for a week. They didn't offer to clean it after sitting for a week. I wasn't charged for second diagnostic so that was a good thing. Service advisor was good

I had to wait too long to be seen and then it took forever to finally get my car back. Everything was necessary I guess, but I am a senior citizen on a fixed income and $600 for an oil change has had a significant negative impact on my budget. Everything else was great!

I was having oil change and tire rotation done, which I have done at the required time. The dealership also includes the list of service recommendations. One item required immediate attention it was the Drive Belt. I did not have it done because the previous oil change there was no mention of this. So, I took my TrailBoss to another service garage, which I was told the drive belt was in good condition. So, I was not happy with the dealership service technician

I had a 7:00 am appointment on a Monday, and my truck was not diagnosed until 8 days later! I constantly had to call the dealership for an update and was always told "tomorrow." They finally got it in, and it was a simple battery replacement. Ridiculous to have to wait that long and not receive communication for a simple fix.

Service is usually always excellent, with this on exception: ... ( i have a visible mobility issue and a handicap sticker)... on my last two visits I have been made to walk a very uncomfortable distance to get to my car after service is completed. Usually my car is just outside the door of the cashier desk where bills are paid. I'm very unhappy about this.Usually I'd recommend ...BUT I would NOT recommend this shop to someone with physical handicaps.

Scheduled an appointment for 3:00 pm arrived early for appointment and did not leave until after 5:00 pm. This was for a simple oil change and very displeased with the wait time

Salesman and staff friendly. Price of vehicle VERY overpriced. The purchase was made to end the car shopping frustration. Worst car purchase decision I've ever made.
