Did not communicate, didn't fix the original problem, and took around a week to notify me about my car where as another mechanic looked at and fixed my car in less than a week. Will not go there again.

I dropped my car off on 7/5/24 and was told that the diagnostic would take 3/4 business days and after 2 weeks I heard nothing from Vianey Vega who's the person that I gave my car and information to. They sold the car to me for a much higher price than advertised. They did not do a great job explaining all the details of the vehicle. Especially, the fact that it doesn't have cruise control.

After vehicle was sold, I had to jump through hoops and hoops to get anything done that was needed on a used vehicle. Brought up concerns and they were disregarded. The sales person Daniel, was phenomenal and highly recommended. But as fair as management goes, 2/10

Horrible as of late. They obviously can't handle a large workload. I have noticed that vandergraff hasn't been rotating my tires and when I noticed the front was so bald they had 2 replace them. This last time I went still didn't rotate or top off my fluids. They will be losing a lot of money if they do not do what is required in an oil change.

Can't get a hold of the service team. The first time I drove the truck after the service, the motor light came on! Before checking it out they said it may be something else! My truck has warranty but somehow the warranty never works!!!!

Didnt wash oil spilled on under truck. Missing bolts underneath on guard. Left loose. Missing bolts under hood at radiator mounts. Still looking for what else is missing.

Manager named Cotton had no customer service and was rude. 2 days later I had engine light come on and they did not work with me. They wanted me to pay out of pocket. After purchasing truck they did not fill up my tank and detail cleaning was horrible I had to clean myself

I took my car in on 1/29/24. I was told that it would be atleast a week before it could be looked at. I was informed a week later it would be two weeks. I have always had great customer service at Vandergriff. However, in this case I think they were short on man power. If I couldn't use a spare car I am not sure how I would have financially been able to rent a car for that long plus a car payment, and whatever repair cost would be. I ended up getting another car as I could not wait that long and I had just paid three months ... read more
