Manager named Cotton had no customer service and was rude. 2 days later I had engine light come on and they did not work with me. They wanted me to pay out of pocket. After purchasing truck they did not fill up my tank and detail cleaning was horrible I had to clean myself

I took my car in on 1/29/24. I was told that it would be atleast a week before it could be looked at. I was informed a week later it would be two weeks. I have always had great customer service at Vandergriff. However, in this case I think they were short on man power. If I couldn't use a spare car I am not sure how I would have financially been able to rent a car for that long plus a car payment, and whatever repair cost would be. I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the consistently poor service I have received at your establishment on multiple occasions. Despite having used your location only a few times, the experiences have been nothing short of frustrating and unacceptable. Bad service, they don't even check the air pressure on the tires and they rotate. Not good they do not work being proactive.

Unsatisfied kept my vehicle almost a month just to tell me my insurance was expired and still made me pay for vehicle check

Went in to get a 90,000 mile maintenance car was running great when I took it in no lights on dash. When I drove off from picking it up the check engine light was on. They said it was normal for the procedure I had done. I was told to come back in a couple of days and they would solve the problem. Took it in and check engine light is still on. I was told to be patient while they try to see what they can do. It's been a month and no response
