9 o'clock appointment to get my oil changed and was there over 3 hours!!!!!

Found damage on front bumper days after oil change. I take very good care of my truck and it didn't have damage prior to the oil change

Upon completion of service my service writer, Vincent, told me that there was a nail in the sidewall of my rear drivers side tire. He stated that they didn't sell the brand of tire but would order one for me. I replied that the tire was under road hazard warranty and I would take to dealer. Upon inspection the nail was located in the tread area of the tire and didn't need replacing. Took to tire dealer and was able to have repaired at no cost. The quote was to high and another dealership fixed the problem. The diagnosis that was given was incorrect and the car was repaired for a fraction of the cost.

Staff was great but service lacked. I came in for a tire rotation and a new tire and now my wheels are unbalanced making my car shake. They didnt even replace all my caps on my tires so I had to buy new ones. They had a basic task and failed to do it properly. Businesses should aim for quality not quantity.

I had a horrible experience! I took my 2006 Chevrolet Avalanche to have my oil pan gasket and head gaskets replaced. During the repair process they broke a bolt(s) on the header and never repaired it after telling me they did. My truck was returned to me and I could smell exhaust fumes coming through the vents givi g my wife carbon monixide poisoning. I returned my truck to them and they kept it for 3 months and said there was nothing they could do to resolve the exhaust fumes issues. HORRIBLE!
