I had an appointment at 10:00 to get my oil changed. I got there at 9:45 and he asked if I wanted to get my tires rotated I said yes. He texted me a couple hours later and said I need to have my tires balanced and something else. I texted back no. i waited for 2 hours and 45 minutes and finally went up and asked about my car. She checked and said it had been ready but he couldn't find me. I never left the building. This is the second time I went there and both times had a bad experience. They didn't do what I asked and sent me a quote for thousands of dollars of "recommend" work that doesn't need to be done. I told them I NEVER drive this car and I'm about to trade it in and wanted to know why there is oil dripping. It was not looks at. This is very frustrating as I paid for the oil change.

Did not communicate, didn't fix the original problem, and took around a week to notify me about my car where as another mechanic looked at and fixed my car in less than a week. Will not go there again.

I dropped my car off on 7/5/24 and was told that the diagnostic would take 3/4 business days and after 2 weeks I heard nothing from Vianey Vega who's the person that I gave my car and information to. I tried reaching out to her and she NEVER returned any of my calls. The following Tuesday I went into the shop and spoke with Dusty Peterson the "service drive manager." They sold the car to me for a much higher price than advertised. They did not do a great job explaining all the details of the vehicle. Especially, the fact that it doesn't have cruise control.
After vehicle was sold, I had to jump through hoops and hoops to get anything done that was needed on a used vehicle. Brought up concerns and they were disregarded. The sales person Daniel, was phenomenal and highly recommended. But as fair as management goes, 2/10

Horrible as of late. They obviously can't handle a large workload. I have noticed that vandergraff hasn't been rotating my tires and when I noticed the front was so bald they had 2 replace them. This last time I went still didn't rotate or top off my fluids. They will be losing a lot of money if they do not do what is required in an oil change.

Can't get a hold of the service team. The first time I drove the truck after the service, the motor light came on! Before checking it out they said it may be something else! My truck has warranty but somehow the warranty never works!!!!

Didnt wash oil spilled on under truck. Missing bolts underneath on guard. Left loose. Missing bolts under hood at radiator mounts. Still looking for what else is missing.
