Vehicle was brought in for a recall. The issue was taken care of but there was a lack of communication. The vehicle was there all day and I had to have my son drive me there to check on it as it was nearing the end of the day and the shop was getting ready to close. I tried a couple of times to reach the maintenance manager and left voicemails without any success or a returned call. A lot of work needs to be done to keep the vehicle owner updated.

It was so hostile. And the audacity for the sales man Hottencio. To even ask if he wasn't pushing the vehicle on me. The person that came with the numbers the south American was even worse. He insulted and more.

Appointments dont mean anything. I arrived on time and it took 10 minutes to be seen. The advisor quoted me 2-3 hrs for the service. It took 4 hours for an oil change. He told me they had rotated the tires, which they did not. People that arrived after me were finished before me.

My salesguy was great But had to deal with the sales games.They just took it on them selfs to just round the price up to an even number.They Also tried to pressure me into using their own finance companys,When I was preapproved threw my own bank with an interest rate half the one they could get me.Also tried to charge me 5k extra for using my own financial. Door scuffs and window chips.should have been cared for but the didnt. not even a full tank of fuel. 3/4 a tank. My bank closed waiting.

I went in for an oil change and complete the 60,000 mile maintenance for my vehicle. I asked how much the maintenance would cost and was told $90. I ended paying for $945.00 for servicing my car! I asked to speak to a manager afterwards and was denied it. I would have appreciated honesty and transparency.

They were 4-5 weeks out at even looking at my suburban. Took it to classic chevrolet and it was repaired within 2 weeks. Whole new transmission.

The most miserable car buying experience imaginable. The price of the vehicle I purchased inexplicably had almost 6% added to the advertised price because of reconditioning fees and then the sales manager was rude about it. What kind of business advertises a product at a certain price and then tacks on a 6% fee? This is not common practice and its not okay. If youre going to charge a reconditioning fee, then thats part of the sale price and should be included in the advertised price.

Scheduled a test drive but when I arrived I was told the car was sent to auction.
