Told my wife our front and needed to be aligned because it was feathering. The car doesn't have about 40 K miles on it and she drives like an old lady. Tire where is Fine. Keep your $700 alignment.

The managers offer you to go to the dealer and when you arrive they sell the car they offered you to someone else. Very bad experience

I just bought a car 5 days ago and was told to bring it in to fix a piece that was coming off. It was a lot of confusion if I had to pay if I was told to bring it back to let them fix. Then I noticed some damage to the back like it was in an accident. I bought the car at night and when I saw it the back was open. Arrived at the service center at 7.30 because that was my schedule time. Trued to tell them i need a cubside drip the guy told me that the cub starts at 8am now when booking i choose that option. Why was i not told the cub service strats at 8am. I am done with yall guyz
