I didn't like how they didn't find the leak in my windshield after having found signs of corrosion.

My service advisor Bryce was incredibly unwelcoming. His tone of voice was condescending to say the least. Without even simply asking he would mention services I supposedly needed, by saying "should have already done these," which had already been taken care of outside of vandergriff! Well guess what! After vandergriff screwed up my brakes 3 months ago and being charged almost $100 for a simple oil change i will not be returning!!!!!!!

I took my 2018 Honda Pilot in for the safety recall on the fuel pump, but my car has run worse since they completed the service. My engine has a delay in starting now, there is white exhaust fumes that were not there before and the car sounds different when driving it in a bad way that sounds like now it has a problem whereas before it did not sound bad, I just wanted to make sure I was staying on top of all the safety recalls. Just don't go. You will regret it, I promise you. The service department & the Cafe are literally the only good things about this place. It's not worth it.

Could not locate key when got ready to leave. Had to ask service ad visor to find key. Same problem had with prior visit.

Brought my car in for a routine oil change. I received all good information on my car. I was told tires were all good. I start driving it after I pick it up and I could hear a noise. The noise was constant so I brought it back in 3 weeks later only to be told after my tire rotation my wheels had cupping. They were like this, but I was never notified.
