I did not receive service on this day. Not sure why this shows being serviced when my vehicle was not.

My purchasing experience with the sales person and financing person was fine no issues. The car was not detailed inside just washed. The same day of purchase when driving the car, I noticed two cracks on the windshield so I took the car back and told the salesman. My vehicle was not serviced they sent me on my way without doing the manufacturer recall repairs. I had proof of insurance and they sent me on my way because it wasn't enough proof of insurance. So now gotta schedule another appointment on top of this one and one at another honda dealer because they dont want to provide an insured already loaner car to a person with valid insurance to repair a manufacturer default. Poor - I bought a certified honda truck 2023 - stalled on my way home. They asked me to tow it and they will refund me the tow amount. Once it was time for refund, they gave me the run around from one to one. Now it has been almost a month and no one reach out to me about my refund. The email I received, if I know someone else who want to buy a car from them. NO, I DON NOT, AND WILL NOT RECOMMED ANYONE!

Was told that the service would take 1 hour, maybe 2 at the most, so I sent my son with the car up to get the part changed at around 10:30am. His car was not complete until 5pm. My biggest complaint is that the service associate Hai was not communicative, should have offered to send my son home to wait, should have offered him lunch or something, but instead my son wasted an entire day at the dealership when he could have been doing homework or anything else.

Very poor service, I came in for tire rotation you claim to have rotated my tires but I know they weren't. Then I get a call the next day saying my warranty has expired while I still have 2 years left according to my warranty dealer ELERAS.
