Spent over 2hrs waiting on an oil change. Had to ask for updates 4 times and was told they don't want to rush the mechanic cause they will do a bad job.

I liked my advisor. I didn't like the way they washed my car. They didn't dry the top of the car. It had all the spots from the water.

Honda has an engine defect that they refuse to fix. Oil dilution issue which caused engine sludge throughout my engine, clogged the catalytic converter and my turbo failed. Honda itself currently have a lawsuit out for this issue

Honda printed off a report sent a picture that my engine filter needed to be replaced immediately filter was dirty with leaves and dirt was not my filter we bought a new one and installed ourselves it was perfectly cleandeceptive trade practice!

I don't like how it's gotten to be so impersonable. But that is the direction that society is going in.
My recent experience with Honda's client services with David was great. However, the mechanical part was very unacceptable and was very costly due to the radio display screen that was not working. The mechanic workers were not able to fix the issue and wanted me to spend of 3K for a new display. After leaving the dealership, I decided to push several buttons and my screen appeared to begin working. It was very strange that they weren't able to figure that out. I recommend additional training.
It took two hours for an oil change with absolutely no updates from the service advisor as to why it was taking so long. Yes we did have an appointment.
