They lost my house key and no regards on replacement. Had to contact family to get duplicate to enter my home. No communications. A positive note, was offered a free Uber to work when dropped off vehicle for recall notice.

I inquired about 1 car as a possible choice for my used car need. Worst decision of my life. They're still emailing and calling me. I already bought a different car elsewhere and these guys won't leave me alone. STOP CONTACTING ME!

I won't recommend if anything used cars are being sold the same price as brand new ones if I could turn back from when I purchased my first vehicle I wouldn't have gotten it. Also had to come back and refinance two weeks later because the original bank step out and when I asked why I didn't get a specific answer.

My service advisor Omar was horrible. I have done business with Honda for many many years. Never have. I had a service advisor who was so unfriendly and not helpful. I needed transportation to work and he was so unwilling to help provide that. I was only there that day for a mistake that they made during my previous service. I appreciate the manager making it right for me, but the service advisor was not friendly. I will definitely make sure to request and never to have him again.

I love that I was able to get a new key. I was not happy about the salesman harassing me while waiting. Its important as repair but it was a nuisance and the service listed on my report is not what I went for so I hope that is corrected.

The service advisor acted as if he didn't want to be there. He was rude and unfriendly. He rolled his eyes and sighed when another car pulled into the driveway, too. He just seemed like he was mad that he had to work. I won't have him help me again.
