Kyle Scholl is an awesome service technician who always is willing to go beyond the call of duty. Vandergriff Honda should be honored to have him as part of the vandergrift Honda family. I have been coming there since 2007 when I bought my slightly used 2006 Honda Odyssey van and Kyle is far the best service technician Ive ever had! Also VANDERGRIFF HONDAs help with women far exceeds any other dealerships! Keep up the good work
The service rep was friendly & professional but I have to bring my car back in to have the glove box adjusted. After the cabin filter was replaced my glove box doesnt work properly. This isnt the second time Ive had to go back to have something fixed after Ive had my car serviced at your location. This is very inconvenient. If corporate didnt put such demands on workers they wouldnt rush through their jobs. Blame starts at the top.
The Vandergriff Honda team completed a fast oil change and checked out my van. They were courteous and very helpful.
