Went in for the complementary oil change for a new car. So a simple service. What made me nervous was seeing so many people walking around my car, by my car, passing by my car. The majority is wearing all black with no distinction who's who. So seeing a crowd walking up and down under the car port so close to my car was nerve wrecking. My first thought was someone is going to scratch my car ! I owned a Kia and never felt so uneasy at the Kia service dealership like I did at this Honda dealership that day.

The service rep was very rude. I had a scheduled appt for 230p but called to change it til 1230p. Arrived there and waited longer than normal. Told the rep that someone referred me to him and I had his card. He stated, well when was that because I haven't had cards in months, let me see the card. Acting as if he didn't want to assist me. 1230 appt turned into a 3 hour wait.

They failed to check the recall that they had while they had my car there. Seems like that would've popped up in the computer.

This establishment is corrupt, will sell you defective car, not report repairs and issues with the vehicle to the CarFax, and then refuse to make it right with you when you discover their shade practices. Avoid at all costs.
