Terrible experience I was looking online through a site my job offers. Next thing I knew my phone started blowing up. I made an appointment and while i was at the dealership, they kept blowing up my phone. I kept answering my phone telling them i was already there. Went back was given a sr sales rep who was great, but as soon as i bought my car, when i needed to speak to him, well lets say 4 months later he never returned any of my calls or emails. Had to go to management to get my issue taken care of. Love my car tho!
Not a good experience Went thru 3 people to include the GM. Let them know the criteria I was looking for. GM listened, but didn't not relay to the Bozo who came after him. They were looking at $$ not listening to the customers needs. Walked away. Going to spend my $$ else where. Very dissatisfied
Never again, Vandergriff! I’ve purchased several cars in my life. All with a co-signer. I finally was able to get a car all by myself. I spent 4.5 hours at Vandergriff Honda negotiating the price of a Pre-Owned CR-V. I finally got the price I wanted for my trade in, and the monthly payment I was comfortable with. Looking for a car A lousy place to do business with. After spending 3 hours waiting, looking at the car, test driving, trying to get warranty information, having to talk with a sales rep with minimal knowledge and with several back and forths to the manager, we finally agreed on the car and price. Buyer Beware!!! WOW! Most horrible experience ever buying a car. Purchased a low-mileage 2018 CRV from Anna Lane in used cars. It has now been back five times in the month we've owned it. After three different trips to pick up the car, go back to get the floor mats, go back again to get the remote reprogrammed, the AC went out in 108-degree weather. Run away from these guys I contacted Vandergriff about wanting to purchase a 2018 Accord Hybrid Touring model. I told them specifically in my emails and messages that I wanted a specific color (silver) and what I was willing to pay based on extensively researching what I could expect my best price to be. I also asked if I could take the car on an extended test drive (100 to 120 miles) just to be sure it was what I wanted since I had never owned a Honda before. Finance manager waked out on me The sales process was fine. However, the finance manager would not take 'no' for an answer. He actually said to me"you are not helping me make any money here". Enough said - AVOID this place.
