fake positive reviews on this site Note that after a negative review, there are several positive ones. All the same format. And all from the same source. But I am not surprised. I tried to buy a car and they really gave me the run around. They will promise a great price to get you in the door then try to switch it out. Dishonest company.

Horrible car place I've ever been to. They tried to sell me a lemon vehicle and lied about everything. I even had to pay a ticket that was theirs on the vehicle. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to no one!

They are not faithfull They post lower price to attract buyer. after contacting them through phone and email arranged appointment and arrived there after drove 26 miles. They told us to seat and start finding the vehicle and after 20-25 mins. they told us the vehicle was sold before we arrived there. our appointment was at 10.30 am and they started to push us to look another car instead. it is happened not once happened twice.

very bad experience- buyer beware They promised one price on email. They Sent photos and a description. I called to confirm. Once in the showroom, they would not honor it. But for only a few hundred more, would sell the car they promised to me. After a few hours, I agreed. We shook hands and both signed. My mistake. 2 hours later, the price went up again. But this time, they would finance it to get the price down. However the sales person told me to lie on the credit application. I left. This is a scary operation I suspect t... read more

My Disgust Never trust what you are promised over the phone from this dealership. I never committed to come to their showroom until I agreed to a deal that they rescinded after I came in and wasted 2 hours with them in the office. I will never be back.

Zextec , this service needs improvement I had a 8a appointment for the car detail called zextec. I dropped my 2017 Honda off at 8a and picked my car up after 1p. Now my car was there all morning car wasn't even vacuumed . This is the free service offered when I bought my car. My car was still dirty on inside. I made a comment to one of the sales guys , he said because it's busy on Saturday I should come back on Wednesday I said no. So Vandergriff if this service is offered you need to do what's required. Not acceptable!!!

Lost hope with Vandergriff Honda Went to buy the Cars, one example as this cars is advertised Internet pricing 23K, It is certified Car and they added more numbers($) as inspection charges, Key making, Certification charges, Detailing charges and finally coming to 30K. they try to make customers come to site and wasting everyone time we were planned to buy 2 cars and walked away with worst experience.

Will never buy a car from Vandergriff Honda again Took my sister to buy a car from Vandergriff. My family has purchased six cars over the last ten years from them. I was told I would get a referral. That was seven weeks ago. My sister called them 19 times and was sent to full voicemail boxes or promised a call back. To be fair, one guy did call her back but then promised to call her after researching the referral but she never heard back.
