Worst experience ever Looking to purchase Hinda Odyssey. Went in after viewing advertised price. When we arrived we were told they couldn't sell for that price. Walked out with our $35,000 cashiers check still.

Bought about dozen cars in my life, worst one yet. Salespeople more concerned a out surveys than actually helping people. Unsympathetic and managers talk to you like you're stupid. I've bought a $25,000 car from here and this last one was $33,000. After driving the car for a full day I was unhappy with it and wasn't told about missing features compared to my last car which was a lower model and 3 years older. Bogus Listing Talked to 3 different sales guys at this dealer over the period of 4 days. They all were vague about whether a car they listed is still available or not ? None of them had a definitive answer and none of them called back to follow up.

Poor management I came in from out of state to buy a vehicle. I had come to an agreement on a price with a sales manager and 2 hours into my trip a different manager increased the price. When showing the final price, an even higher price was shown. The inconsistency between the management team and what price was agreed upon made me take my business elsewhere. In addition, the sales managers were unpleasant when I tried to state my case.

Waste of my time. I was baited. Solomon called and texted me multiple times today (11/29/19). Immediately, I responded and asked to test drive a VERY SPECIFIC CAR (2017 Honda Civic for $13k. Stock # HH513847 VIN # 2HGFC2F51HH513847). For 40 minutes, I drove under rain and heavy traffic from Downtown Dallas to Arlington for Solomon to tell me the $13k 2017 Honda Civic was no longer available. BIG error made by Honda!!! I arrived with my wife at 8 pm one evening to purchase a car. We had the best salesperson, and this review is not including him. We were told that at a higher interest rate, we would pay a certain amount. Once the warranty and GAP were added, the monthly went to $9 more. The problem originated when I looked at cancelling the warranty and GAP. The total monthly payment was lower, of course, without them. Horrible Ruben Chairez Big scammer and super rude. Sales manager Ruben Chairez most rude, arrogant person I have ever seen. I was quoted a price on Internet , I called and confirmed the price when I got there I was told it was a mistake and price is 5000$ more. Then Ruben came and offered to fill my tank and I told him that will not be for 5000$. People Be Aware I really hope people read others reviews before they go there but I will still write this to serve those few people that do read and research before they do anything. Terrible experience I was looking online through a site my job offers. Next thing I knew my phone started blowing up. I made an appointment and while i was at the dealership, they kept blowing up my phone. I kept answering my phone telling them i was already there. Went back was given a sr sales rep who was great, but as soon as i bought my car, when i needed to speak to him, well lets say 4 months later he never returned any of my calls or emails. Had to go to management to get my issue taken care of. Love my car tho!
