Posted Price not Actual Price I was baited with a false price on cars.com. They added 2800.00 for detailing. Then was told we shouldn’t buy the car as it had engine sludge. I was hoping these days of dealer scams were a thing of the past.

Buyer Beware! Vandergriff Honda online prices are not inclusive of dealer add-on's and market adjustments. They post artificial prices on Cars.com and their website and mark prices up 20% using dealer fees and market adjustments. Do not support dishonest pricing games and bait and switch tactics. Please save your time and shop elsewhere!

False advertising! $6000 in dealer options? What? I spent an hour looking at cars based on the advertised price. Sat down to run the numbers and buy their car. they come back with sticker price plus $6,000 in additional FAKE options...on a used car! I walked out. Don't go here, they are liars.

Worst experience ever Looking to purchase Hinda Odyssey. Went in after viewing advertised price. When we arrived we were told they couldn't sell for that price. Walked out with our $35,000 cashiers check still.

Bought about dozen cars in my life, worst one yet. Salespeople more concerned a out surveys than actually helping people. Unsympathetic and managers talk to you like you're stupid. I've bought a $25,000 car from here and this last one was $33,000. After driving the car for a full day I was unhappy with it and wasn't told about missing features compared to my last car which was a lower model and 3 years older. Bogus Listing Talked to 3 different sales guys at this dealer over the period of 4 days. They all were vague about whether a car they listed is still available or not ? None of them had a definitive answer and none of them called back to follow up.

Poor management I came in from out of state to buy a vehicle. I had come to an agreement on a price with a sales manager and 2 hours into my trip a different manager increased the price. When showing the final price, an even higher price was shown. The inconsistency between the management team and what price was agreed upon made me take my business elsewhere. In addition, the sales managers were unpleasant when I tried to state my case.

Waste of my time. I was baited. Solomon called and texted me multiple times today (11/29/19). Immediately, I responded and asked to test drive a VERY SPECIFIC CAR (2017 Honda Civic for $13k. Stock # HH513847 VIN # 2HGFC2F51HH513847). For 40 minutes, I drove under rain and heavy traffic from Downtown Dallas to Arlington for Solomon to tell me the $13k 2017 Honda Civic was no longer available. Horrible Ruben Chairez Big scammer and super rude. Sales manager Ruben Chairez most rude, arrogant person I have ever seen. I was quoted a price on Internet , I called and confirmed the price when I got there I was told it was a mistake and price is 5000$ more. Then Ruben came and offered to fill my tank and I told him that will not be for 5000$.
