Not sure about dealership There is a lack of communication in the dealership. I went in the dealership for a particular car only to find out it was already sold. After I looked at it. And found out the person who bought the car I was looking at signed papers on a Saturday and I came in on a Tuesday. Dissatisfied Vandergriff left a message for a callback last night. The person spoke so fast and msg just said to call back. I want service reminders but this call left no message as to why. I couldn't catch the name after 3 replays. I called back and got receptionist who is very nice. She had no idea who called. Transferred and someone said it was PROBABLY for refinance and could take me off call lists. Poor Sales Poor Service The Sales manager told me that they had conducted a 72-point vehicle inspection on the used Honda CRV and had detailed the car prior to delivery, but the front mud-guard had two missing screws. It would have fallen-off had I not noticed it immediately after driving off from the showroom.

WORST SERVICE EVER This is the second time my wife has brought her Honda CRV in for service at Vandergriff. The first time was awful. She got the run around for 20 minutes. She was bounced around back and forth and told to go see this person, no go see that person, I don't know what you are talking about? We don't show an appointment for you. Terrible customer service! The second time she went in, it was worse than the first time! I don't understand how you can stay in business with service like this! Unreal!
Horrible Experience I went in over the Memorial Day weekend to see the value of my trade as I had previously purchased two vehicles here. Joseph was wonderful at walking us through the vehicles in our budget. When it came to getting numbers, the price was over budget and they valued my trade $3k under other places saying the car fax showed an accident. not professional I went to purchase a vehicle the salesman was ver y nice and understanding. Thanks Joseph but the finance guys were not helpful after I repeatedly told them what I wanted they kept giving me what I didn't ask for. They were giving me almost double the monthly payment I wanted. The finance guy told me why don't u want a newer car why would you want to buy an older car instead of a newer one. Car Hold i wanted to purchase a car from this dealership but they wanted to sale me the car the had in stock i was almost convinced. But when i decided to take a look around elswhere I called the Sales Representative back informing him i was no longer interested in the car, he got upset and charged my credit card 1000 when prior to this we were talking and had agreed on a 500 hold on the card.and when i asked tp place my money back he said the only way was for me to come up there . WORST experience ever! My Husband and I received the worst customer service at Vandergriff Honda in Arlington, TX. I got to thinking though - I was about to write my experience I had this evening, but I changed my mind because I don't want to waste anymore time out of my night explaining what happened. I explained my experience about our sales associate Dingy to a manager named Matt, so I hope any future car buyers wont have to go through the experience we had to encounter. It was Terrible and we'll NEVER be back.

Don't even waste your time Thankfully we did not purchase our vehicle from Vandergriff. Seeing as Vandergriff is the closest Honda dealer to our home we decided to do our service there, plus the previous owners of our vehicle faithfully used this place for all maintenance. We go in for an oil change and the new car sales people are after us. They claim they can get us in a new van for as much or less than what we are currently paying. We have some time to spare while waiting so we are shown a new van. Nothing much different ... read more
