This was one of the most terrible purchases from a dealership I’ve ever had. I went in to buy a used Volkswagen GLI and at first everything seemed to go smooth, the sales guys was very professional and helpful I was in and out in a decent time. If I could give 0 stars I would. My 82 year old father in law went to purchase his 2nd car from them. They charged him $5000.00 OVER sticker price. When we questioned them about it their response was due to demand they basically were charging everyone $5000 over sticker.
I took my car to the dealership because of white smoke coming from the exhaust pipes. They gave me a diagnosis for repair along with other suggestions like tires, filters etc. The engine and other thongs were good. I agreed to pay for the repair along with an oil change and oil booster. The car was supposed to be ready in a week and the repair total would be $1177.00. Sales team texted us an out the door offer. We said OK and made an appointment to meet the next morning where they said the real price would be $3,000 more than what was texted to us in writing. They don’t live up to the pricing they initially provide you and try to just up sell you when you show up. Received coupon for $84. 99 special. Took car to dealership to have service done. I was informed that coupon was void and a mistake. Hyundai should have issued an email to customers that this coupon was no longer valid. Only received two items that were on the list
Price gauging,did not honor price quoted to me,when I went to finance is where I discovered they changed the price of car $1376.when buying a car from this dealership before signing to price make sure your getting the quoted price ,I have bought many cars they all have dealer fees and add ons but never have I experienced the change of the quoted price of car it was quoted $20,026, went up to $21,763,what hike ,but I continued the deal I had to sit and wait an hour and 40 mins and I was paying for car no financing, just bewar... read more
