Don't even bother going here, the prices you see online are next to impossible to actually get at the dealership. And I'm not just talking about the standard fees and TTL; they like to add several thousand in dealer prep costs, which is actually illegal. If they try to do this to you and refuse to sell you the car at the advertised sales price you should take a picture of the paper they are showing you and get a screenshot of the advertisement for the car and file a complaint with the Texas DMV.

They would not honor the sales price they advertised online. Rather, they tried to add a bunch of silly things onto it like CPO fees and dealer prep. They didn't even have the car I was scheduled to test drive and instead tried to get me into something that was already thousands more expensive. The extra fees they tried to add on for dealer prep were just icing on the cake. Unbelievable. I heard the complaints but watched them do it to me. Went in and picked out a car I loved and they tried to slip an extra $1000 on the vehicle price. When I called them out on it the inventory guy came over and said it was because the car has lowjack. That... Has nothing to do with the price that is advertised. Will never go back again. Did receive an initial email but didnt say whether care was still available and saleman didnt respond to second request. Had to contact via online chat to find out. Once I test drove, final price of car was nearly 50% higher than what was listed for with all the add ons.

I was trying to buy a car about 2 Months ago. I walked in and was ready to buy a car that would be safe to transport my baby around in. I was met with a wonderful salesman who was more than helpful. We found a car and I went for a test drive. I had signed most of the paperwork and was almost ready to put the down payment on it. I will never go to Vandergriff Hyundai again. They kept me there for over 3 hours waiting and kept giving me the run around and then it got late so they said they would contact me the next day and never heard anything from them until 2 days later just to let me know that they sold the car that I was wanting. Again I will never go back

I have been taking my Hyundai for the covered maintenance since I bought it in 2020. Every time they showed me a screen document with what they were going to perform in my vehicle showing some amounts for every service but for which I had not paid anything because it is in my covered maintenance agreement. I took my vehicle to get my AC compressor worked on and have been waiting almost two weeks for my car to be done. (Dropped it of on 10/1) It’s honestly just ridiculous how long it takes for “parts to come in” and for the “technician to work” on the vehicle. I visited your facility today (10/10/22) in search of an Accent. The young, Hispanic male came to tell me that his manager said that they were not making them anymore. I asked if there were any other vehicles close to the price of the Accent. He returned to tell me that they will not tell me the price of the Elantra or anything else because I wanted the Accent.
