I have been taking my Hyundai for the covered maintenance since I bought it in 2020. Every time they showed me a screen document with what they were going to perform in my vehicle showing some amounts for every service but for which I had not paid anything because it is in my covered maintenance agreement. I took my vehicle to get my AC compressor worked on and have been waiting almost two weeks for my car to be done. (Dropped it of on 10/1) It’s honestly just ridiculous how long it takes for “parts to come in” and for the “technician to work” on the vehicle. I visited your facility today (10/10/22) in search of an Accent. The young, Hispanic male came to tell me that his manager said that they were not making them anymore. I asked if there were any other vehicles close to the price of the Accent. He returned to tell me that they will not tell me the price of the Elantra or anything else because I wanted the Accent. This was one of the most terrible purchases from a dealership I’ve ever had. I went in to buy a used Volkswagen GLI and at first everything seemed to go smooth, the sales guys was very professional and helpful I was in and out in a decent time. Once all the paperwork was signed that’s when the issues started, right off the bat they forgot to have me sign some papers, whatever it’s all good. If I could give 0 stars I would. My 82 year old father in law went to purchase his 2nd car from them. They charged him $5000.00 OVER sticker price. When we questioned them about it their response was due to demand they basically were charging everyone $5000 over sticker.
I took my car to the dealership because of white smoke coming from the exhaust pipes. They gave me a diagnosis for repair along with other suggestions like tires, filters etc. The engine and other thongs were good. I agreed to pay for the repair along with an oil change and oil booster. The car was supposed to be ready in a week and the repair total would be $1177.00. Sales team texted us an out the door offer. We said OK and made an appointment to meet the next morning where they said the real price would be $3,000 more than what was texted to us in writing. They don’t live up to the pricing they initially provide you and try to just up sell you when you show up.
