I Was Denied Maintenance To My Vehicle Due To Neglect. I Purchased My Vehicle Earlier This Year I Was Able To Provide That Proof. At That Point My Case Was Already Rejected And The Agent Refused To Do The Process Again As Hyundai Customer Service Line Advised. So I Received Nothing Besides A Bill. Not Even The Car Wash They Said I'd Get And Put On My Paperwork As If It Was Done.

The advisor did not give me the bottom line in pricing. When I arrived to get tires, he just said it was going to be roughly $1300. He didn't give me any options in tires. After I left, I asked about the types of tires and thats when he informed me there was a cheaper 'better' tire. I researched on my own and chose the cheaper better tire. I told him I didn't need a performance tire for a family car. He then informed me it would be roughly 800 dollars. My car required an engine replacement due to faulty parts from manufacturer which took a class action lawsuit to happen. It ended up costing me almost 4k due to parts and hoses needing to be replaced not covered by the manufacturer. But I was told if I didn’t replace, it would void the warranty. 60 days later check engine light came on and additional parts needed to be replaced within the engine again not covered. Went in for a recall took 5 hrs Then wanted me to replace items that didn’t need ti be replaced And the squeaky noise I can still hear from two technicians trying to check that item

Even though I had a 8:00 am appt, I waited several minutes for Luis to come out. He did keep me informed during the process. When I did get my car back, the Courteous wash was poorly done leaving my bumper and other areas still dirty. I checked my tire pressures before arriving and they were at normal levels. After leaving, they are at 42 psi? I spoke with Mo, the Service Manager and he noted my account.

Screwed on the car. Screwed and Lied to on the price. Screwed on the financing. No instruction given when car delivered. Horrible wind noise that I reported the day I picked up the car. Service claims they can't hear it....... so screwed on service. Worst mistake I ever made buying a car. 3rd purchase from Vandergriff. It will be the last.

I know I waited for more than 10 minutes before I got out of my car! I was 1 st in line with no one behind me! Then 3 cars came behind me and we're service before me! I was not a happy person! This is the second time I got bad service!
