none Do not like misleading advertising. Was sold an extended warranty that I didn't even realize I was buying. Cancelled services plan as well as the extended warranty. Never got a clear answer to how much those plans cost.
Disappointed customer Deceptive advertising, poor follow through to complete purchase and financial terms of the deal. Exasperating to say the least. Can't recommend this dealership as a result.
THEY DON'T HONOR THEIR OWN INTERNET PRICING! I tried to get a new Elantra for Vandergriff's internet price and I was told that the "Discount" on their website was actually the conditional rebates that everybody does not qualify for even though it showed the rebates that everyone qualified for as a separate item and conditional rebates as a separate item. Headphones Stolen from Car Brought my Sonata in for a fix on a recall. The service itself was fine. Got home and found my blue tooth headphones were missing from the back, passenger side floor where I had laid them down after the gym, immediately preceding my dealership visit. 2017 Elantra sports Unhappy with misrepresented service plan I purchased to find out from the Company who send me the Card that it is only for oil change every 3K miles for 36K miles or 36 months. And for student who lives in the dorm may drive 10K-15K in 3 years that means 4-5 oil change at the cost of $22x6= $132 instead I paid $410.00 that is way I do not value Vandergrift Finance resources.
Good as long as you have no issues Bought a used 2016 Nissan Sentra with 6500 miles and just barely made my first payment 1 week ago. Have an issue with my front bumper on the driver side where it keeps flaring out like there is/was no fastener keeping the bracket together. Car was sold prior to my appointment This was second time there in an attempt to buy a near luxury used sedan. The first time the person I spoke with passed me off to someone else despite having an appointment. They also seriously devalued my trade. The second time, prices were discussed on the phone and they gave me an additional 1K on my trade and another appointment was set. My Review As an 'over-the-road' long-haul truck driver, I rely on the Internet to do most of my reseach and shopping. The closing of the deal was all I needed ; to be in person. My wife visited the dealership, to ensure the vehicle met her , approval. She was afraid of aggressive sales personnel in the parking lot. Upon entering the showroom, she was ignored. Hello Your online price should be without the discounts . That way people would feel like their getting a good deal when the qualify for the discounts. Instead of feeling like they got screwed like I felt.
