Buyers Beware BUYERS BEWARE!!! My wife and I spent 4 days trying to work this dealership. I inquired about a Red 2019 Santa Fe SEL and Lily a sales rep said they have one available on their lot. Drove 2 hours on a Saturday to the dealership only to find out it’s wasn't ready yet because it was missing a gas cover. STAFF I THOUGHT EVERYTHING WAS GOING GOOD TILL I GET TO THE CLOSING DEPARTMENT HAD FERNANDO HELP ME WITH THE PAPERWORK AND HE STARTS TRYING TO SELL ME HIS WARRANTY AND GAP INSURANCE I DECLINE IT AND HE GETS MAD AND STARTS TYPING LOUD AND THROWING HIS FOLDER AROUND TURNING RED IN THE FACE.... Car wash The car was dirty on the inside and the front window was dried with a dirty rag. The car was in the shop for oil change and state inspection that took two hours. I bought air filters for the cabin and engine however I installed them at home. The filters were inspected but then there is a charge to install new ones I was on new car floor inside a new car however no salesman asked me about buying it
The WORST Service team EVER! We have been trying to get a family member's car fixed for the last three weeks. The car was purchased there so it was returned there for repair. The first problem is that the person who claimed to the Service Manager-Chris-was not the manager at all. False Advertising. Blatant Lies. This dealership advertises vehicles with features they do now have at prices they will not sell at. I wasted two whole days being lied to by these clowns. This is beyond bad customer service. This is fraud.
Fraud, deception and theft It began as a typical car lot visit. Met a sales guy & took a test drive in a used [2015] truck, which I liked. Then I reviewed the Carfax and noticed the $1500 dealer added options of window tint, wheel locks, and Nitrogen filled tires had been added 3yrs ago by the original dealer. So, 100% fraud. Could be better They sold my boyfriend a dirty car with a torn windshield. He's a truck driver so I brought it back. It took them at least an hour and half just to detail the car and get one wiper. I can only imagine if something bigger was wrong.
dealership location This is the first time I have purchased a car outside my living area and I won't do it again it as it is turning into a convenience for me and them but I felt they gave me a better deal than the others I looked at online. Feel they pushed BlueLink, only to find out I don't even have it on my car, they should be sure of this before they tell you how great it is. Follow up on messages is not great, usually have to call back.
