Car was sold prior to my appointment This was second time there in an attempt to buy a near luxury used sedan. The first time the person I spoke with passed me off to someone else despite having an appointment. They also seriously devalued my trade. The second time, prices were discussed on the phone and they gave me an additional 1K on my trade and another appointment was set. My Review As an 'over-the-road' long-haul truck driver, I rely on the Internet to do most of my reseach and shopping. The closing of the deal was all I needed ; to be in person. My wife visited the dealership, to ensure the vehicle met her , approval. She was afraid of aggressive sales personnel in the parking lot. Upon entering the showroom, she was ignored. Hello Your online price should be without the discounts . That way people would feel like their getting a good deal when the qualify for the discounts. Instead of feeling like they got screwed like I felt.
Bought new car, check engine light on just on 2nd day Bought new Hyundai Tuscon from the dealer. The agent was very helpful on selling the vehicle, no complain on appearance of the vehicle. But just on 2nd day of driving, the check engine light turned on which is the last thing someone wants on new vehicle. After that noticed the pick-up was not good and the steering became hard. First time here and was overwheliming As soon as we drove up we noticed a group of young guys standing around talking. When we parked one guy came and stood by the trunk of my car waiting for me to get out. You are unnecessarily approached/attacked by a salesperson as soon as you get there, no chance to look arounder or even walk in the building. Bad experience I will never buy from this dealership again, bought our very first brand new Santa Fe , told salesman about a couple of minor issues with the car , told me he will take care of them and after 3 weeks they still don't have my car ready
Sneaky snakes, women don't go alone I had a terrible experience at vandergriff. Not only was the description of BOTH cars I came to see were way off (not just a typo). Online the cars specs read: leather, navigation, moon roof, heated seats ect. In person the car had none of those items listed. D- Most likely that I will not come back to this dealership and my next car might not be a Hyundai! Changing the price after negotiations is unacceptable and not getting the car ready (fixing recalls) prior to delivering the car to the customer is unprofessional.
