Went to the service despite. Although there was a hiccup in the service I was provided, the representative owned up to their mistake and took great care. They even filled my tank and offered a free car wash!

We have dealt in past 8+ yrs getting multiple cars for the family and have always gotten very good customer service. Our last 2 vehicles were leased and recently returned to look at a up-to-date Santa Fe model. Update 12/23/2020 I received a call from Mr.Steven . I updated him on the situation. He offered to do a visual observation of my vehicle, which was fine. He allowed one of his technician, to show me where everything was leaking. He even gave me a free oil change .This is all I wanted was someone to take the initiative to help . Recently purchased a used GMC Sierra 1500 SLT from them a few days ago. I got there at 8:30am which is when they open. As soon as I walked in, it appeared the sales team was in the middle of a meeting which wasn't a problem. I took a seat at one of the tables and waited until one of the sales members approached me. Good experience buying a new Santa Fe thanks to Kenny and Manny. Completed process easily through email and phone calls. Car was delivered to our residence in north Dallas. They tried to sell add-ons, etc., but were not pushy. All my questions were answered quickly and clearly. Keep it up fellas!

The team ay Vandergriff are always so nice and helpful! After another place made a mistake on my car I had a check engine light. I was thinking I was going to have to spend all day trying to figure out what was wrong with it. Then I called Vandergriff Hyundai and they got me scheduled for an appointment and even offered to get me a Lyft. They determined the root of the issue (The other guys used the wrong oil filter) and got it fixed. I am now only trusting these guys after my latest experience with the other people.

*** UPDATE*** 7/3/2020 I reached out to the person that the representative asked me to and they got me all taken care of. The parts manager saw the jack, noticed it was broken and gave me a new one. Just as I had been told it would happen the first time around. I updated my review from 1 star to only 3 stars because I feel like people shouldn't have to reach out to managers or resort to posting on social media platforms in order to get things like these sorted.
