The percent on financing was ridiculous when ones credit it good and still wanting a down payment I would've ended up paying about $64,000 for a vehicle that's going to be a yr old . I don't have to give anything down for a Tx edition gmc pickup and it was for about a cheaper price and brand new.. Just ridiculous

It is bad experience. The cost is very high and you did not find the real problem.

Not good at all. The car received was defective since I purchased. After all this there reply was not covered in Manufacturing warranty since the find no defect and I showed them the defects that the clear coat was pealing. Never get toyota since no good custoner service.

I had to wait for more than 3.5 hours to get my car back for a routine check and tire rotation. I agreed to an alignment which would take approx 2 hours. I was never updated on the status of my vehicle. The other two services I previously had were as expected and normal. This time it wasn't. I guess there was a problem with the alignment and I was never updated on it so it wasn't completed. I will have to go back as my warranty contract is with them so hopefully in the future, this won't happen again.

Didn't get the car fixed for what I bought it in for. Really it was a waste of time considering I live in Red Oak & had to go back & forth from Arlington. Dealership referred me to their other location in Arlington.
